From the above date you will again be able to help yourself to coffee, tea or Bonox (well there isn’t actually any Bonox…) from 10:00am to 3:00pm daily on weekdays.After 3:00pm the machine and surrounding surfaces will be given a thorough cleaning in readiness for the next day. Please continue to BYO mug, doing so helps keep us all safe. - The “Joy Hester, Remember Me” Exhibition is currently at Heidi Museum of Modern Art until Sunday, February 14.
Tickets must be pre booked ahead of attendance.
Housekeeping Notices
- A polite reminder of the essential maintenance works being undertaken at Hester Canterbury this week and in two locations from 8:00am Thursday, February 4 for approximately 5 days.
For further details please refer to the memo dated Monday, February 1. - Jean our lovely resident from the north wing is now in respite care at BASScare Faversham House.
Jean would like to thank everyone for their cards, kind wishes and thoughts while she was in hospital; you lifted her spirits with your caring.
Jean is also very happy to have you come to visit her at BASScare Faversham House. - The Hester Canterbury Cinema will be screening a weekly film from this Tuesday. Thank you for cooperating concerning the social distancing rules apply and understanding a maximum of 7 people will be able to attend the cinema at one time.

After a horrific train crash, three newsman in Adelaide, Nick, Andy and Phil are forced to take stock of the challenges in their lives. At the dame time Meryl, and artist, witnesses a train accident in which a man is killed. At the crash site she meets Nick. In the following days the lives of all the characters intersect, sharing sorrow, but also offering hope. (With captions)
