Housekeeping Notices
- Simon has done a wonderful job in the vegetable garden and has planted a variety of Winter vegetables. It is respectfully requested that you do not pick the vegetables until notice is given formally to do so, and whenever practical the harvested crop will be left in the café area for you to help yourself to some Hester home grown delights.
- Hester Canterbury Scarf Day – Change of Date. The scarf fund raising stall that was to be held today will be delayed due to the current COVID19 lockdown restrictions – do not despair, it will be held as soon as it is permitted. So clean out those cupboards and aside from revitalizing your wardrobe with a $5 purchase, you will be helping raise money for Cancer Council Australia.
- Please note that due to the current COVID19 lockdown restrictions there will be NO gym class this Thursday June 3. We will keep you informed as soon as the lockdown status changes.
Week One of the Autumn Menu starts on Monday 7 June.
Please place any orders by lunchtime the Thursday before.
Bon Appetit!
Upcoming Work at Hester Canterbury
In the month of June the cleaning and sealing of the southern walkway areas of Hester Canterbury will be done, along with the cleaning of all the windows on the property.
There will be more details provided closer to the dates (which of course will be dependent on the weather); however please be aware that once the paved areas have been cleaned and sealed it will be at least 24 hours before they can be walked on again.
