Hester Canterbury, 2020 Annual General Meeting
Complying with state government directives concerning COVID-19 last year meant that the Hester Canterbury 2020 Annual General Meeting had to be postponed.
It has now been scheduled for 10:00am Wednesday 27 January 2021.
If you wish to attend it is essential that you sign your name on the attendance sheet located at Reception.
No more acceptances will be taken after 5:00pm Thursday 21 January.
Please note that if there are more than 25 attendees the state government directive concerning social distancing will apply.
Depending on the number of residents wishing to attend the Annual General Meeting it may mean that some seating will be in the foyer, this way hopefully all wishing to attend can be accommodated and social distancing regulations will still be complied with.
If you have any submissions for anything you would like included in the Agenda on the day, these must be put in writing and then left in the Residents’ Committee mailbox. Please note NO submissions will be accepted  after 5:00pm Wednesday 20 January.
If you have any questions concerning any of the above information, please do not hesitate to be in touch with Alexia and/or any of the Hester Canterbury Residents’ Committee members.

Week Four of the Summer Menu starts on Monday 25 January.
Please place any orders by lunchtime the Thursday before.
Bon Appetit!
