  • A PRIZE EXCURSION
Very pleased to inform you that we’ve secured tickets to the 2023 Archibald Prize at the Mornington Peninsula Regional Gallery, Monday 23 October. The outing will include ticket to the exhibition, lunch and return bus trip. More details to follow and a Sign-Up form will be available at Reception from 10am next Monday 18 September, along with choice of lunch menu. There is limited availability as the bus caters for 11 passengers only, so getting in quick is the trick.
  • HESTER CLASS
From the pages of Charlotte Bronte, Jane Eyre is romantic drama that sees a tearful Jane run away from Thornfield Hall, finding herself alone on the moors. She collapses at the doorstep of Moor House, home of St. John Rivers and his sisters Diana and Mary; they take Jane in and nurse her back to health. The film flashes between Jane’s recovery, her grim child-hood, and the special bond she forms with a strapping gentleman named Rochester. Screening Tuesday 19 September at 7:30pm.
