DON’T DESPAIR WHILE WE REPAIR
There is a good chance that the repair works to the ground floor communal areas affected by water damage will commence late January and possibly take up to six weeks to complete. We have a meeting with Pattersons Build Group next week to walk through the schedule of works and discuss a start date.
I thought this maybe a good time to discuss how you (resident) would like to best utilise our communal areas, in particular the Club Lounge and Dining Room, to best serve everyone’s needs and create Community engagement. You may like to form a small committee amongst the residents or just forward your ideas and suggestions onto me to collate and discuss further. I will work with Martin to enhance the indoor plant situation as the present greenery is tired, however we are more interested in your thoughts on the replacement / addition of furniture, possible room layouts, or if partitions are required to create zones, for example. The idea is to further enhance the present aesthetics and create areas that are welcoming, comfortable and user friendly, so please start the conversation and share your thoughts.

A LITTLE OFF THE SIDE THANKS
Why not kick off 2023 with a new hairdo? Though most of us have our regular hairdresser that we trust more than our own family, making or getting to an appointment can sometimes be tricky. Never fear as your choices at Hester Canterbury are boundless. The lovely ladies at Faversham House Hair Salon & Beauty Room are always ready to transform you and have you looking and feeling your best, both Women and Men, plus they’re just out the back gate. Or once a month the girls from Morgan Glen Iris (MGI) Salon can work their mobile magic without you even taking a step out of your apartment. They also offer a chauffeur to and from MGI if you prefer the full salon treatment. To make an appointment for this month’s date on Wednesday 18 January, call Morgan Glen Iris on 9852 5800 for at home or in salon at MGI.
